A DAX-50 manufacturer's Data Protection Office had to keep privacy operations current across several domains — records of processing activities, risk, vendor and asset management, and controls — in OneTrust. But the underlying data lived in scattered systems (process governance in SAP Signavio, procurement in SAP Ariba, IT service management in ServiceNow), and OneTrust's questionnaires were filled by hand. That left the record incomplete and slow to maintain, and gave leadership no reliable, current view of where the organization stood on compliance.Das Data Protection Office eines DAX-50-Herstellers musste seine Datenschutz-Operations über mehrere Domänen hinweg aktuell halten — Verarbeitungstätigkeiten, Risiko-, Vendor- und Asset-Management sowie Controls — in OneTrust.    Map domains & sources Domänen & Quellen erfassen

   With the DPO, mapped the privacy domains (processing activities, risk, vendor, asset, controls) and where each one's data actually lives across Signavio, Ariba and ServiceNow.    Built the OneTrust questionnaires and records so each domain is captured consistently in the central inventory. Die OneTrust-Questionnaires und Records gebaut, sodass jede Domäne konsistent im zentralen Inventar erfasst wird.

   Integrate the source systems into OneTrust Quellsysteme in OneTrust integrieren

   Integrated the source systems into OneTrust so their data lands there automatically — Signavio's process info, ServiceNow's asset info, Ariba's vendor data. Because that data was already in OneTrust, the questionnaires could auto-populate instead of being filled by hand — that integration was what made the automation possible. Weil diese Daten bereits in OneTrust vorlagen, konnten sich die Questionnaires automatisch befüllen, statt manuell ausgefüllt zu werden — genau diese Integration hat die Automatisierung erst möglich gemacht.

   Roll out enterprise-wide Unternehmensweit ausrollen
